Vieni Estates Winery is situated on a diverse and breathtaking 240 acre estate on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment in Lincoln, On.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Tasting Room Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, sharing wine knowledge with guests, and contributing to an engaging and memorable winery experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the winery and provide a friendly, informative and enjoyable tasting experience.
- Educate guests about our wines, vineyard practices and the history of Vieni Estates Winery.
- Assist guests with wine purchases and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, including displays.
- Assist with winery events, private tastings, and tours, as needed.
- Restock wine, merchandise, and tasting room supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and provide exceptional service to guests.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
