We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Greater Vancouver, focused on accounting, finance, and administrative markets. This is a high-impact role driving new business while partnering closely with recruitment teams to leverage leads and deliver talent solutions.
**$70,000 - $75,000 base + commission + bonus**
Realistic OTE: $120,000–$150,000+

Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new business in the Greater Vancouver market
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Partner with recruiters on leads and talent delivery
- Reconnect with and build on previously established client relationships
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
Successful Candidate:
- 2-5+ years in B2B sales, staffing or professional services preferred
- Strong understanding of the accounting, finance, or administrative hiring landscape is an asset
- Proven ability to generate new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
