About the Role
Don Wehage & Sons is looking for experienced, full-time truck drivers for our busy 2026 construction season. We are a well-established, family-oriented company with an expansive fleet of equipment and a reputation for excellence all over Saskatchewan as we complete projects all over the province. We specialize in civil earthwork, aggregate supply, demolition and land development. We are seeking outgoing, adaptable individuals who are eager to grow within our team and the excavating industry. Having a 5G heavy trailer, 1A or 3A endorsement is also considered and an asset.
What to Expect
- Schedule: Minimum 8 hours per day, with 10+ hours being the norm. Must be available for weekend work when requested.
- Environment: Physical work in all weather conditions. You must be physically able to lift to 40+ lbs and show up fit for duty every single day.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with our crews and job foremen. Professionalism and respect for your fellow team members are non-negotiable.

- Reliability: You are consistent, punctual, and have a positive attitude toward long hours and outdoor work.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to various jobsites or our shop daily.
