JOB DESCRIPTION
As a junior Strata Manager, you will be teamed up with an experienced manager to help you learn the office systems. Your portfolio will start small and slowly grow to 8 - 10 buildings under management. As with all Strata Manager positions, you will guide Strata Councils and prepare meeting agendas and minutes. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries and addressing complaints from Owners. This position is supported by a Strata Manager Administration Assistant and a Property Accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
· Newly licensed Strata Manager OR those who are currently enrolled in a BCFSA Strata Manager’s Course may also be considered
· Good understanding of the Strata Property Act, Rules and Regulations
· Adept at leadership and communication
· Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
· YARDI software experience would be an asset.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· Salary $50,000 - $55,000
· Three weeks vacation
