Quality Inspector - Windsor, ON
We are seeking full time Quality Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency on automotive parts.
This position is not always on a bus route. Locations may change.
Wage & Shifts:
- $17.60 per hour
- Shifts may vary between days and afternoons
- Must be available on Saturdays as well when required
Qualifications:
- Must be available for last minute shift call ins and daily scheduling that may vary
- Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent speaking, writing, reading and comprehending English
Responsibilities:
- Read work instructions to conduct thorough examinations of automotive parts and finished products
- Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
- Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
- Participate in routine visual inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Heavy lifting required at some locations
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
