Experienced Table Line Lead – Truss Assembly (Full Time)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Table Line Lead to oversee daily production on a truss assembly line. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong truss building, framing, or carpentry experience who can lead by example while maintaining quality, efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of Truss Assemblers on the production line
- Set the pace of work to meet production targets and maintain efficiency
- Assign tasks to ensure continuous workflow and minimal downtime
- Train new employees and support skill development across the team
- Monitor quality, ensuring trusses are built to specifications and drawings
- Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when needed
- Perform hands-on assembly, setup, and quality control as required
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience in truss assembly, construction framing, carpentry, or related trade
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production or construction environment
- Strong understanding of blueprints, measurements, and setup sheets
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to motivate, hold team members accountable, and drive results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred:
- Experience with truss equipment, production tables, or laser-guided systems (Virtek/Wizard)
- Manufacturing or assembly line leadership experience
Working Conditions
- Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- Physically demanding role involving lifting (up to 40 lbs), standing, bending, and repetitive motions
