Summary
We are seeking a Site Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth coordination of our kitchen cabinet projects, contributing to our mission of exceeding customer expectations. The position is based in Canada.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Upload, track, and manage deficiency items using the company’s project management systems.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers, site representatives, installers, and service technicians to address deficiencies and service requests.
- Review completion photos submitted by installers and service technicians to verify that work has been completed according to project specifications and company quality standards.
- Prepare and distribute post-installation reports to project sites, builders, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation, reports, photographs, and correspondence are properly organized and filed.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues, delays, or quality concerns to management as required.
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or site management, preferably within the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficiency with project management tools is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
- Experience working with diverse teams and clients.
