Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; certification may be required based on local regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
