Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, in this role, you will:
- Participate in all administrative and operational functions as directed by the Operations Supervisor
- Assist and communicate with internal and external Clients to ensure that inquiries and reporting commitments are met
- Execute systemic components of receiving, replenishment, and closing out orders
- Generate reports that provide visibility into status and performance of the operation
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, assist employees with troubleshooting
- Monitor activities to ensure they are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Be responsible for accuracy of daily reporting as well as maintaining order and delivery management
- Perform systems investigations where required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor
We are looking for a team member that has:
- Post-secondary education and/or a combination of relevant experience and education
- Minimum 2 years experience within a fast-paced Ecommerce 3PL business
- Recent and relevant WMS systems support and report generation experience in a distribution environment
- Proficiency using Microsoft office applications with strong Excel knowledge
- Demonstrated customer service capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment required
- Flexibility to work other shifts/schedules when require
2 Permanent Positions:
Sunday to Wednesday 7am to 5:30pm
Wednesday to Saturday 7am to 5:30pm
