Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Working Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including irrigation, building garden structures, and supervising team members to deliver exceptional results.
Duties
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks performed by the team.
- Working Supervisor and train staff on best practices for landscape care, including planting, pruning, and irrigation techniques.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including the design and installation of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor features.
- Must be knowledgeable with proper grading hardscaping projects
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings with the team.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a similar role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully supervising teams in a landscaping environment.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, garden building techniques, and plant care practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while managing physical demands associated with landscaping tasks.
