Key Skills:
- Proficiency in various aspects of bookkeeping: data entry, account reconciliations, general adjustments, and preparation of documentation for journal entries;
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable and relevant reconciliations;
- Corporate filings and remittances, journal entries, report generation;
- Financial statement preparation, corporate and personal tax preparation, filings and remittances.
Your Success will be defined by:
- Demonstrated team player
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; both written and oral
- Capable computer skills, specifically a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Very high attention to detail
- Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and decision making skills
- Strong verbal communication, proof-reading and editing skills
