We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, at Wilson Blanchard Management Inc. The HR Administrator will report t the Human Resources Manager and play a key role in employee administration, recruitment, HR record management, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources Administration
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
· Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment agreements, promotion letters, and other HR correspondence.
· Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Track employee probationary periods, performance review dates, and other HR milestones.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
· Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
· Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment screening processes.
· Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate new hire orientation programs.
· Ensure all required employment documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Benefits & Payroll Support:
· Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
· Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee information and processing HR-related changes.
· Track employee leaves, accommodations, and attendance records.
Compliance & Reporting:
· Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, including the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA), Human Rights Code, and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
· Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and audits.
· Assist the Human Resource Manager as they support workplace investigations and employee relations initiatives as required.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information at all times.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1–3 years’ experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
· CHRP designation, completed or in progress, is an asset.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP is an asset.
· Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$69,453.69 per year
