Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a professional and detail-oriented Material Handler / Inventory Associate for our client in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are looking for someone with strong inventory and warehouse experience who is comfortable working with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in maintaining accurate inventory records while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, label, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Update and manage inventory using ERP systems and computer-based tracking tools
- Coordinate material movement to support production and shipping requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (Counterbalance), pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Load and unload shipments while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately
- Collaborate with Production, QC, Planning, and Purchasing departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or receiving experience
- Strong inventory control and cycle counting experience
- Comfortable using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and warehouse software
- Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a strong asset
- Valid forklift certification is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
