Regional Manager, GTA

CCS, a Black and McDonald company, is currently seeking a Regional Manager to support our growing operations team in the GTA.
- The expected salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $85,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate's qualifications.

- Manage a team of area and site managers responsible for the delivery of safe, quality, outcomes-based cleaning programs at multiple client facilities in the GTA

Develop and implement site-specific operational plans in accordance with the scope of work and established service levels and budget
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and resource allocation to meet contractual requirements and operational demands

Coordinate and oversee periodic cleaning programs, including floor care, carpet cleaning, high dusting, window cleaning, and other scheduled project work

Ensure that each client receives exceptional customer service by anticipating potential needs and responding to complaints or issues

Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly while ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation

Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with company and industry policies, standards and certifications

Submit and track facility maintenance and repair work orders, ensuring timely completion and communication with clients and finance department

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards, client requirements, health and safety regulations, and applicable collective agreements

Prepare reports for clients to demonstrate consistent quality services are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements and KPIs

Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management support to managers and employees

Resolve complex employee relations issues, including workplace conflicts, attendance concerns, performance matters, and disciplinary situations in consultation with Human Resources

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee development initiatives

Promote employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values

Other duties as required
- 5-7 years' experience in the facility services industry in a leadership role
- Experience managing multiple clients in different sectors
- Post secondary education in business or a related field
- Strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery
- Commitment to continuous improvement and development
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and technology skills
- Security Clearance(s)
- Valid G-Class Driver's License
