We are seeking a detail-oriented, fast-paced Back Office Executive to join our growing telecom team. You will be the backbone of our sales operations—ensuring that every order is processed flawlessly, every address is qualified accurately, and our sales team has the real-time support they need to close deals. Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom service orders with 100% accuracy.
- Security & Compliance: Validate customer IDs and documentation to meet strict industry and company standards.
- Service Qualification: Perform address searches across multiple platforms to identify available technology (Fiber, Coax, 5G, etc.) and qualifying offers.
- Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team, answering queries via chat/phone instantaneously to prevent deal friction.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our internal databases to ensure lead and customer information is current and organized.
- Knowledge Management: Pull current promotional offers and translate complex technical details into easy-to-use Job Aids and cheat sheets for the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in back-office operations, preferably within the Telecommunications or Tech industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to process high volumes of data quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a "customer service" mindset toward our internal sales team.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying offer discrepancies or address qualification hurdles.
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
