- Conduct inspections, coordinate testing and third-party verification, track NCRs, corrective actions, quality records, turnover documentation, and close-out files.
- Support contract administration, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, field instructions, change events, claims documentation, reporting, forecasting, and construction records.
- Review drawings and specifications, support design coordination, constructability reviews, value engineering, permit-driven changes, and technical issue resolution.
- Coordinate with AHJs, inspectors, and municipal representatives on permits, approvals, inspections, occupancy, code compliance, and final sign-off.
- Promote safety culture, support audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, subcontractor compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Act as a technical liaison, provide accurate reporting, build stakeholder relationships, and support commissioning, occupancy handover, warranty, post-occupancy support, and lessons learned.
