Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Manage the catering process from planning to execution for various events
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies and ingredients
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent serving experiences to clients and guests
- Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas at all times
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a food service or restaurant management setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
- Knowledge of catering management practices and kitchen operations
- Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality or catering services
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
