Help Restaurant Owners Increase Profitability Through Smarter Operations
We are looking for experienced restaurant leaders who understand restaurant operations inside and out.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will work directly with restaurant owners and operators, helping them identify operational inefficiencies, reduce waste, improve labor utilization, increase customer traffic, and ultimately improve profitability through our Restaurant Intelligence Platform.
The ideal candidate has spent years managing restaurants and understands the daily challenges restaurant owners face.

What You’ll Do
· Meet with restaurant owners and management teams
· Analyze operational challenges and business opportunities
· Discuss topics such as:
o Labor scheduling
o Food cost control
o Inventory management
o Loss prevention
o Customer traffic optimization
o Marketing effectiveness
o Guest satisfaction
· Demonstrate how our platform helps restaurants improve operational performance
· Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners
· Guide prospects through the evaluation and onboarding process
What We’re Looking For
Required
· With long-standing ties to the local community and extensive knowledge of the restaurant market.
· Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
· Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including:
o Front-of-house management
o Back-of-house operations
o Labor management
o Food cost control
o Inventory management
o Guest experience
o Local restaurant marketing
· Experience managing restaurant teams and interacting with restaurant owners
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Deep familiarity with local dining culture and customer behavior
Preferred
· Experience as:
o Restaurant Manager
o General Manager
o Multi-unit Manager
o Director of Operations
o Restaurant Owner
· Interest in business performance improvement
· Curiosity about emerging technologies and innovation in the restaurant industry
