Production Worker

Position Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in Markham. In this role, you will be responsible for feeding documents onto a conveyor system and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manually feed documents onto the conveyor line
- Monitor workflow to ensure smooth production operations
- Follow instructions and safety procedures provided by supervisors
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working at a consistent pace
- Assist with additional production tasks as required
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and move between 10–30 lbs when required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks as needed
- Cell phone use is not permitted while on the production floor
