Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Boutique Hotel Admin Operations Manager to oversee daily back of the house hotel operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of our boutique property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational skills, numbers and systems driven with good understanding of revenue management. This role is not guest facing and can work one day a week from home
Responsibilities
- Coordinate human resources functions including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee revenue management
- Develop and monitor budgets to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards
- Implement and maintain hotel policies, systems and procedures in accordance with industry best practices
- Oversee administrative tasks such as reservations management, billing, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies to provide a secure environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel’s services and enhance its reputation within the community
- Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management setting
- Experience in human resources management including staffing, training, and employee relations
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high service standards
- Proficiency in hospitality software systems and administrative tools
- Strong organizational skills and business acumen
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; a background in hospitality or related fields is advantageousThis position offers an engaging opportunity for a motivated leader in a boutique hotel setting.
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
