Paradise LeisureScapes is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our team. This role is a key part of our operations and combines inventory purchasing, warehouse organization, logistics coordination, and vendor management.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory
Purchasing & Procurement
- Analyze inventory requirements and determine replenishment needs
- Generate, manage, and track purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
- Resolve purchasing and supply issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns
- Maintain accurate purchasing history and update internal inventory systems
- Inquire, review, and place personalized and custom orders
- Organize and manage back orders
- Review and arrange the most cost-effective freight options
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) to align inventory with production schedules
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and stock movements
- Support supply chain operations while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and delegate tasks to support staff as required
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and compound areas
- Receive, stock, tag, and record incoming inventory accurately
- Prepare, ship, and receive freight, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Process warehouse- and logistics-related email communications
- Prepare product and freight quotes and generate customer and internal order confirmations
- Support administrative tasks related to warehouse flow and logistics
- Perform additional duties as required to support operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in purchasing, inventory supervising, or warehousing required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs+
- Proficiency with Excel
- Familiarity with MRP, procurement processes, vendor management, and sourcing strategies
- Understanding of supply chain principles including logistics, procurement, and inventory optimization
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
