Based out of our Burnaby office, this role combines office, site, and client meetings, providing a dynamic work environment across the Lower Mainland. Conveniently located near SkyTrain and major transportation routes, our office offers easy access for commuting from across Metro Vancouver.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of direct commercial roofing and waterproofing experience and the knowledge to confidently lead projects from award through closeout. Working alongside an experienced operations team, you'll play an important role in delivering projects that strengthen Duron's reputation for quality, professionalism, and service.
The Role
As a Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Project Manager, you'll lead projects from award through closeout while collaborating with clients, consultants, field teams, suppliers, and trade partners to deliver exceptional results.
· Manage commercial roofing and waterproofing projects through all phases of construction.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to plan and execute successful projects.
· Review drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
· Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project financial performance.
· Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
· Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and cost performance.
· Lead project closeout, including deficiencies, warranties, and final documentation.

What We're Looking For
· Minimum 5 years of direct commercial roofing and waterproofing experience.
· Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, waterproofing assemblies, and construction sequencing.
· Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
· Strong financial, scheduling, and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Collaborative approach to working with clients, consultants, field teams, and trade partners.
· Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
· Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.
