Brandt is seeking motivated and skilled Landscape Personnel to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping and a strong work ethic, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Required Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and pruning
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with installation of landscape features such as sod, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements
- Monitor plant health and apply appropriate treatments when necessary
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Required Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance required
- Experience in golf course maintenance is considered a strong asset
- Background or education in horticulture is considered an asset
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steer, etc.)
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
