ABOUT THE POSITION
AES is hiring for Retail Reset Merchandiser for our client in Scarborough, Ontario. In this Temporary role, you will be responsible for executing retail display resets and merchandising updates to ensure the store's product presentation, signage, and visual branding are consistent with high standards. You will collaborate closely with store management to optimize product flow and maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute retail display resets and merchandising updates.
- Ensure product placement, signage, and visual branding are consistent with company standards.
- Unpack, sort, and organize products for proper placement.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members and store staff to complete projects on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS
- Previous retail, merchandising, warehouse, or stocking experience is an asset.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
