Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager, Renovation ICI to join our team in GTA. This role is vital in overseeing renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our company's standards and client expectations. Based in Toronto, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional renovation services that support our mission of transforming commercial spaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop detailed project plans using construction management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize project management tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and MSP to streamline workflows.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or renovation project management.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, MSP.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of civil or commercial renovation projects is preferred.
