Signalix, an Authorized Freedom Mobile Dealer, is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Finch location in Toronto! We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our growing team.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Retail Sales Associates – Multiple Openings
- Sales Manager – 1 Opening
We are seeking experienced retail sales professionals and proven retail leaders who are passionate about customer service, sales, and delivering exceptional results. Retail Sales Associate
Pay: From $17.60/hour + Uncapped Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, plan changes, and account support.
- Recommend and upsell devices, accessories, and wireless solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product displays.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Stay informed about Freedom Mobile products, promotions, and services.
Sales Manager
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour + Uncapped Commission & Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and drive overall sales performance.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor store KPIs, including activations, upgrades, accessories, and revenue.
- Create staff schedules and ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and Freedom Mobile standards.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience (wireless industry experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is required for the Sales Manager position.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
