We are seeking a versatile Team Member who is eager to learn, adaptable, and takes pride in every aspect of restaurant operations. This role is unique: you will work across both the kitchen and customer service, gaining a full 360-degree understanding of how a small, modern restaurant flourishes. Responsibilities:
・Hybrid Operations: Seamlessly transition between kitchen prep and front-of-house service based on the needs of the shift.
・Culinary Support: Conduct the preparation and plating of dishes following COFU’s plant-based standards and presentation.
・Guest Experience: Provide warm, attentive service, managing orders and ensuring every guest feels welcome.
・Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the kitchen and dining areas.
・Safety & Standards: Consistently follow food safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
Required or Desired Skills:・Restaurant Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant setting (front or back of house).
・Strong Communicator: High proficiency in English is required; more importantly, you possess the "soft skills" to communicate effectively with both teammates and guests.
・Growth Mindset: A quick learner who is eager to master new culinary techniques and service styles.
・Ownership: Takes full responsibility for assigned tasks and remains proactive—you don't leave issues unresolved.
・Composure: Works efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Contract Type: Full-time (30-40 hours a week) / Part-time (Less than 29 hours a week)
Expected Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 11:45 AM and 9:30 PM
