Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.)
- Conduct client assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Complete accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Educate clients on post‑treatment care and recommended follow‑up
- Adhere to all regulatory, health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a positive, client‑focused clinic culture
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Active registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality therapeutic care
- Client‑service‑oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships
