Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies
- Follow serving guidelines to ensure proper portioning and plating of dishes
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during food preparation and service
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards within the food industry is essential
- Experience in meal preparation, food service, or related roles demonstrates a strong foundation for success in this position
