Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee aircraft maintenance operations supporting regional and northern aviation services.
Lead and coordinate daily aircraft maintenance production activities.
Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to maximize aircraft availability.
Supervise and support maintenance teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
Coordinate with flight operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime.
Ensure maintenance documentation and regulatory records are accurate and up to date.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Valid Transport Canada AME M1 or M2 licence is required.
Strong experience in aviation maintenance and production management.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within an aircraft maintenance environment.
Sound knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and quality standards.
Experience working in regional, northern, or remote operations is highly desirable.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
