RICHMONDHILL AUTO GLASS searching for a Full-Time Service Desk Customer Service Representative! If you have a Customer Service experience, a dynamic personality, a great worth ethic, and have an organized approach to your daily life than you have what we are looking for as we can teach you the rest!
This cross-functional position will be responsible for the following:
- Collect all relevant customer data and accurately set up new assignments in Summit (i.e. customer name, address, phone number, and insurance company , etc.)
· Set reasonable expectations for the customer, and educate them on the repair process
· Have thorough understanding of estimating software, required to process estimates.
· Gather additional information that may be required from the insured.
· DATA- Ensure proper dates are inputted in the estimating systems- real time dates.
· Parts- ensure you are selecting the appropriate part for the repair, and confirm model/trim level, price and availability.
- Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory which may include, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing and/or customer service inquiries.Generate sales/buys from online leads.
· Greeting walk in and telephone customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Contacting customers to book estimates
- Booking in repairs with customers * Entering customer information into data base
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in auto business .
- Knowledgeable Microsoft office, incl excel, words, outlook, PDF.
- Experience ordering parts on with shop management software
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability and willingness to follow through on issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace work environment
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good customer relations skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions.
- Be attentive to details.
Hours are :
Weekdays 9AM-6PM
Saturdays 9AM-4 PM
