What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute high-quality brunch dishes in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and support service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a busy kitchen
- Egg cooking experience in a busy breakfast shop
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure
- Leadership skills and team-first mindset
- Punctual and reliable
- Ordering and Inventory management
