Forsythe Lubrication is a family owned and operated facility manufacturing lubricants and chemicals since 1911.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Specialist to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, from the initial stages of product design to the final stages of assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques, as well as experience with industrial machinery and equipment. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Train and supervise other personnel in the manufacturing process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$27.92 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
