Location: Mississauga, ON
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with experience in order processing, order entry, and inside sales support within an industrial or product-based environment.
This role supports a fast-paced industrial distribution operation, where you will work with mechanical and industrial products, handling customer orders, coordinating inventory, and supporting the full order-to-fulfillment process.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in industrial distribution, parts coordination, or inside sales environments who are comfortable working with systems, data, and high-volume workflows.
- Perform high-volume order entry and order processing in internal ERP systems
- Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing product and order support
- Prepare and provide quotes, product information, and order updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, sourcing, and order fulfillment
- Manage full order lifecycle: entry, tracking, backorders, and delivery updates
- Support inventory coordination and product availability checks
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across systems
- 1–3+ years of experience in:
- Customer Service (product-based environment), OR
- Inside Sales, OR
- Industrial distribution / supply chain / logistics
- Strong experience with order entry, order processing, or order management systems
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems and handling high-volume data entry
- Excellent communication skills (email and phone)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing support, or parts supply environments
- Exposure to mechanical or industrial products, such as:
- Bearings
- Power transmission components
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience in order desk, parts coordination, inside sales support, or inventory coordination
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- $50,000 – $70,000 annual salary (based on experience)
