Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional residential cleaning services, ensuring that homes are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other household items as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
- Organize spaces efficiently, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and any special requests for cleaning services.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled time frame.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism in every task performed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or a similar role is preferred, however not required.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting or moving items as necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods for effective cleaning.
