Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (some shifts in the morning and some in the afternoon)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team in Hamilton. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate front desk activities
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized
- Provide support to management and other departments as needed
Requirements
- Previous front desk, reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual
Pay: $17.60 per hour
