We are currently seeking Nurses for an upcoming opportunity June 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, feeds, suctioning, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. Palliative, Wound, Ostomy, Trach, IV, and all additional skills preferred.
- Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to treatment
Skills and Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Canadian Nurses Association (CNA/RPNAO) specialty certification an asset
- Enthusiasm and love of community care and passion for evidence-informed practice & excellence in care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and critical thinking skills
- A current CPR certificate is required-Paediatric CPR preferred must obtain with 3 months of hire
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle (travel required)
- Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire.
- A willingness to attain required certifications.
- This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
