Gator Construction is your industry leader in concrete restoration and ultra-high performance commercial and industrial concrete coatings. We are a private owned company based out of Calgary Alberta with locations in Red Deer, Edmonton and Winnipeg.
We’re currently looking for concrete repair technician, with experience in:
- Concrete repair
- Concrete demolition
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Formwork / carpentry
- Rebar replacement
- Concrete coating
- Traffic Membranes
- Waterproofing (Crystaline grout waterproofing, carbon fibre wraps and crack locking, epoxy and polyurethane injections, below grade waterproofing)
- Sandblasting
Requirements:
- Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
- 1-5+ years of prior construction experience
- Steel-toed safety boots and General standard PPE Required
- Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, ability to lift over 50 lbs continuously
- Working with others, problem solving, decision making, job task planning and organizing a must
- Comfortable working at heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems
- Must have a driver's licence and reliable transportation
- ICRI Concrete Repair Technician Course an asset
