Dispatcher – Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT)
Location: Regina, SK
Job Type: Full-Time/ 12 hour shifts/ 3 Shifts per week
Pay: $23 - $30 per hour

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Dispatcher to coordinate daily trips, communicate with drivers, and ensure accurate scheduling of patient transportation.
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and high attention to detail—especially when handling client information.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily trips
- Accurately enter and manage client information (names, addresses, appointment times)
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day to adjust schedules as needed
- Answer incoming calls and coordinate bookings
- Monitor trip progress and resolve issues in real time
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and staff
- Ensure all data is entered correctly and consistently
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)
- Excellent spelling and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phones
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred
- Previous dispatch or logistics experience
- Experience in healthcare or transportation
