We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Framing Labourer or Experienced Framer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist with residential and/or commercial framing projects and work closely with the crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
● Assist with wood framing, including walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components
● Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other construction materials
● Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
● Load, unload, and move construction materials
● Maintain a clean and organized work site
● Assist experienced framers and work independently when required
● Perform other general construction duties as assigned
Requirements:
● Previous framing or construction experience is an asset
● Residential framing experience is preferred for experienced framer positions
● Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
● Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
● Ability to work well as part of a team
● Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
● Valid safety certifications are an asset
