WorkSafeNB is seeking to fill a permanent position of Systems Coordinator. Reporting to the Director, Security, Architecture and Strategy, the Systems Coordinator role provides user account administration services, in addition to access control, backup management, and disaster recovery services. This includes providing regular and after-hours support to ensure corporate data integrity, creating, modifying and securing system access, creating, maintaining and initiating backup & recovery procedures, and performing production change control.
Salary and Hours of Work:
- Hours of work are those required to perform the assigned tasks but shall not be less than 35 hours per week.
- Pay Scale: $68,579.70 to $80,682.00 annually.
- University degree in computer science, College diploma in Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience and certification.
- A minimum of four (4) to five (5) years’ experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server environments.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with MS Entra and related Azure security tooling.
- Working understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 CIS, etc.
Security certification such as Security+, CySA+ would be considered an asset.
