Primary Responsibilities
- Provide top of the line customer service that builds relationships, builds value in the product/brand and provides an exceptional experience.
- Build strong rapport with customers during the initial greeting/meeting in-person, on the phone or online
- Present new or certified pre-owned Volvo vehicles in a professional manner that builds significant value in the brand and dealership experience
- Arrange demonstration drives for your interested customers building value in the utilization of the product
- Discuss different methods (leasing/financing/cash) of purchasing a vehicle best suited to the customer's situation
- Advise on all after-sales products that may be a benefit to the customer (warranties, tint, ceramic coating, lease-production etc.)
- Collect all required documentation for the finance/business manager to process the deals correctly and efficiently
- Set up all pre-delivery items/requirements to ensure a smooth delivery/handover
- Delivery/handover vehicles in an effective and efficient manner to ensure high customer experience scores (CEM)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury automotive retail sales environment
- OMVIC license
- Full G driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Live 45km from the dealership
- Positive, collaborative and enthusiastic about automotive retail sales
