Job Summary:
In accordance with the established vision and values of The Centre for Child Development, you will provide inclusive childcare services in designated childcare facilities, primarily for school age program, but also in preschools and daycares. You will work closely with parents, peers, Early Childhood Educators, SCD Consultants and other professionals to create an inclusive environment which meets the needs of all children. For this job it is important to demonstrate flexibility with days, shifts and placement locations.

Qualifications Requirements:
· ECE certification preferred
· Experience as a Child and Youth Care Worker, an Education Assistant, having a Responsible Adult certificate, or other equivalent experience
· A minimum of one-year recent related experience working with school aged children
· Comfortable using software programs
· Valid First Aid Certificate as per childcare licensing requirements
· Valid BC Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
· Criminal Record Review acceptable to The Centre
