Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently handle pricing, site visits, and project coordination while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project bids for asphalt, concrete, and site work
- Perform site visits and measurements to support estimating
- Coordinate projects from award to completion
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal crews
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Track project progress, costs, and schedules
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor coordination
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating or project coordination (paving/concrete preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license (site visits required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
