Momenta Clinic is seeking a registered autonomous Psychologist to join our growing team in a part-time supervisory role.
This position is ideal for psychologists who enjoy supporting clinicians, conducting assessments, providing consultation, and contributing to high-quality client care without maintaining a large ongoing therapy caseload.
The role offers an established referral stream, administrative support, structured clinical systems, flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work within a collaborative psychologist-led environment.
Our goal is to create a role that allows psychologists to focus on clinical decision-making, mentorship and meaningful client outcomes while minimizing unnecessary administrative burden through structured workflows, templates and support systems.
For successful candidates in this role, there may be opportunities to expand into additional leadership, research and program development initiatives of the clinic.
Psychologist - Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)
Toronto, Brampton, Vaughan and/or Virtual
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Registered for autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Experience providing psychological assessment and diagnosis
- Experience working with survivors of trauma and work-injury
- Interest in supervision, consultation, and mentorship
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
The following would be considered assets:
- Experience supervising clinicians
- Competency-Based Supervision training
- Trauma-focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, DBT, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR
- CBT for Pain and Disability
- Experience with occupational or rehabilitation-focused populations
- Ability to conduct services in a non-English language
- Competitive compensation. A psychologist working at approximately half-time capacity may have the opportunity to generate approximately $80,000 annually, depending on workload and overall capacity.
