TBS Paving Ltd. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a skilled operator who can confidently operate asphalt milling equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate asphalt milling equipment on commercial, municipal, and roadway projects.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of the milling machine.
- Maintain production while ensuring quality milling operations.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of asphalt milling experience required.
- Experience operating Wirtgen milling machines is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of milling operations and job site safety.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment issues.
- Valid driver’s licence (DZ or AZ licence is considered an asset).
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends when required.
