Spragg's Meat Shop is hiring for meat cutting positions. Duties will include meat cutting from carcass to finished retail cuts, and production of value added products with mostly pork but also beef, chicken and lamb. All staff assist with facility cleaning as well. Meat cutting position will favor the applicant with formal training and a meat cutting certificate from a Canadian institution. Salary will be dependent on years of work experience $22-30/hr. Position is Monday-Friday Must be able to lift 50 lb, have food safety training and able to commute or relocate to Rosemary.
