Civil-X Contracting (B.C.) Ltd. is in search of experienced Part-Time and Full-Time Dump Truck Drivers that are wanting to work in a safety conscious, team work environment. Extended health benefits will be available to candidates that pass their probationary period. We have parking locations in Peachland, downtown Kelowna and by the airport for employees to be able to start/ end their shift at the location closest to their home.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a valid Class 1 drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Experience in hauling a pup
- Be able to conduct a thorough pre-use safety inspection
- Be punctual and have excellent attendance
- Willing to take safety training
- Able to conform to our Health & Safety Program, Company Policies and OHS Regulations.
- May be required to take a drug and alcohol test upon employment
Preference will be given to those who:
- Have quad hauling experience
- Have experience with an end dump
- Have experience low bedding
- Have experience hauling gravel
- Valid safety training ie. First Aid, WHMIS 2015, TDG, Ground Disturbance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
