Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring all projects meet safety standards and client specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills and tools. Candidates should have experience in various aspects of construction and be capable of reading schematics and blueprints to execute precise installations.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately install swimming pools according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during installation processes.
- Construct concrete forms, perform concrete finishing, and handle masonry work as needed for pool foundations.
- Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment integral to pool operation.
- Execute caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and construction painting to ensure a finished look.
- Use construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material procurement.
- Perform restoration work post-installation to ensure the site is clean and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks such as concrete forming, masonry work, welding, or carpentry as required.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, grading, or moving materials around the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles such as masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or concrete finishing.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Knowledge of fiberglass pool installation, vinyl liner pool installation, concrete forming, tile laying, caulking, and restoration techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise installation work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely.

Pay: $24.00-$38.30 per hour
