Perfectly Designed Events is a full service Wedding & Event Planning company based in London, Ontario.
We are looking for an organized, detail oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as our Vendor Specialist & Event Day Assistant. This is a flexible role with fluctuating hours depending on the season, however, 25-30 hours per week is typical, with the ability to increase to full-time hours depending on performance & availability.
The Vendor Specialist is responsible for managing emails, tracking event progress, maintaining our storage space, assisting with the logistics of event planning, and general administration. We work from a home-based office in Byron, but this role has the flexibility to complete some work at home and create your own schedule.
The Event Assistant's primary role is to work as an extra set of hands, assisting our Lead Wedding Planners on Event days to ensure each Event runs as smoothly as possible. This includes the set-up and tear down of each Event. The ability to work long hours & evenings on your feet and lift up to 50lbs is required.

- You have weekday availability year round, and weekend availability during peak wedding season (May - October)
- You are able to work weekends, including occasionally late nights
- You have access to a reliable vehicle and are open to traveling for event days (we operate through all of Southwestern Ontario)
No event planning experience is necessary, but customer service, restaurant or hospitality experience is ideal. We are willing to train the right candidates!
